2010 Club Fees

12 & Under Local Teams - $300 per season or $500 for both seasons

13-16 & Under Local Teams - $400 per season or $700 for both seasons

   *Payment for spring local teams due by April 1, 2010

New Regional Spring Players

18 National
   *1st Payment: $250+$155 (uniforms) = $405 due April 1, 2010
   *2nd Payment: $250 due May 1, 2010

14 & 16 Regional
   *1st Payment: $200+$155 (uniforms) = $355 due April 1, 2010
   *2nd Payment: $250 due May 1, 2010

14-18 & Under Regional Teams - $900
   *1st Payment: $300 due Dec. 18, 2009
   *2nd Payment: $300 due Jan 8, 2010
   *3rd Payment: $300 due Feb. 5, 2010

16 Banana Regional - $1,000
   *1st Payment: $334 due Dec. 18, 2009
   *2nd Payment: $333 due Jan 8, 2010
   *3rd Payment: $333 due Feb. 5, 2010

15-17 & Under National Teams - $1,200
   *1st Payment: $300 due Dec. 4, 2009
   *2nd Payment: $300 due Jan. 1, 2010
   *3rd Payment: $300 due Feb. 5, 2010
   *4th Payment: $300 due March 5, 2010

18 & Under National Team - $1,100
   *1st Payment: $275 due Dec. 4, 2009
   *2nd Payment: $275 due Jan. 1, 2010
   *3rd Payment: $275 due Feb. 5, 2010
   *4th Payment: $275 due March 5, 2010

  
All payments should be mailed to the club address: 4430 9th St., Wayland, MI 49348.
Payments must be received by the due date.  If they are not, you will be charged a $25 late fee.
